Course Description
We seek happiness from outside, where there is no true happiness. Our mind is naturally calm, clear and still. Like a vast cloudless sky. It is very easy to access this stillness. Buddha taught a special meditation, called “absorption of cessation”, in which we learn to stop the incessant flow of thought. It is such a delight to enjoy this special method to experience our natural state of inner peace. Which is real happiness.
Learning to disengage from agitated states of mind,we can discover a peaceful naturally joyous state of mind. We will see that the world we experience is dependent on our mind. And, as we are the possessor of this mind, we can affect the experience of our world. We will practice like this each week and gain confidence.
