Course Description
Buddha taught that we can lead lives of great joy, purpose and benefit. The key is wisdom, in particular the deeper wisdoms of Buddha’s teachings. Join us as we journey through the meditations known as the ‘Stages of the Path’, sometimes referred to by their Tibetan name ‘Lamrim’. These ‘stages’ are all the essential insights taught by Buddha, arranged in the order in which they are to be realized. Lamrim is basically a step-by-step guide to experiencing the full joy and meaning of our human life. Based on the “The New Meditation Handbook” by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, we will explore how these meditations lead us ever closer to the fulfillment of our highest potential, enlightenment itself!
