Course Description
A welcoming space to slow down, let go of digital distractions, and nurture your well-being.
We live in a fast-paced world full of distractions, constant notifications, and endless comparisons. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, disconnected from ourselves, or as if we’re “not good enough.”
But the stillness we long for doesn’t come from shutting out the world or running away from it. It comes from changing the way we relate to the world and our devices. The timeless wisdom of Buddha shows us how to remain calm and centered—no matter what’s happening around us.
In this 4-week series of meditation evenings, you’ll learn how to step back from mental busyness, quiet the inner noise of distracting thoughts, and develop a positive, balanced mindset. Through simple meditation practices and mindful habits, you’ll discover how to live with greater clarity, focus, and joy.
This series is based on the book How to Transform Your Life and the MP3s Meditations for a Clear Mind by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
