English language meditation course. You are invited to explore how to deal with everyday’s difficulties differently. Learn how to stay calm and positive even when life is not treating us so well. With Buddhist monk and Teacher Gen Ananda.

Teacher
Gen Kelsang Ananda is a German Buddhist monk and long-time disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. Since 2003 he has been resident teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Berlin as well as the national spiritual director of the New Kadampa Tradition for Germany, Romania and Slovenia. Gen Ananda has a long experience of teaching the Buddha’s teachings of Sutra and Tantra, and has been studying and practising them himself for over twenty years. He is known for his good heart, deep practical understanding and accessibility.
