Kursbeschreibung
In a fast-paced world, it’s easy to lose connection with what really matters. We all want to be happy, yet we often look for happiness in external things—enjoyments, relationships, work, and constant stimulation. Because these are temporary and unreliable, we fail to find the true happiness we long for. Many of us have come to believe that lasting happiness isn’t truly possible. However, happiness is actually a state of mind. This means that the true cause of happiness lies within the mind and, as Buddha has clearly demonstrated, it is definitely within our reach.
“We all wish to be happy all the time. This wish will be fulfilled only through attaining Dharma realizations [the inner realizations of love, patience, wisdom, etc.]”
Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, The Mirror of Dharma
These weekly classes explore how to unite meditation with daily activities, using simple spiritual insights to bring more calm, clarity, and meaning into ordinary moments. Through simple, practical insights and guided meditations, you’ll learn how to carry a sense of inner stillness with you, whether you’re at work, at home, or on the go and how this can guide you to a more happy and fulfilled live.
This series is inspired by the book How to Transform Your Life by Buddhist master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
