We can give ourselves the ability to steer a smooth course through the wild and rough waters of everyday life. And have a very good time doing so! By practicing these meditations we can realign our mental habits. Our mind can then serve us, rather than the opposite! We are not subservient to our mind . ..no way!
In this series of meditation classes we will train our mind. using the very practical mental exercises/ meditations, presented in the book ”Eight Steps to Happiness” by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
