Buddhist Meditation Class in English
Buddhist meditation helps us connect to a deep inner peace that is the actual nature of our mind. Through meditation we can learn to skillfully transform negative and painful emotions into the positive minds of love and compassion. In unpredictable and uncertain times, meditation can help us find inner strength by connecting us to our limitless potential.
March 10: developing inner peace
March 17: strengthening our compassion
March 24: connecting to your potential
March 31: dealing with difficulties – through meditation
These meditations are practical mental exercises, which take only a very short time, and yet are immediately applicable. Check for yourself, as per Buddha’s instruction. The classes are well suited for both beginners and advanced meditators. Although designed as a series, lessons can be attended individually.

No special prior knowledge is needed, but requires online booking. Everyone is welcome to attend online or on-site!
