Kursbeschreibung

Three evenings of meditation for dealing with stress and difficult emotions

Do you ever get the feeling that city life can sometimes simply become too much? Crowded streets, packed subway trains, hustle and bustle, noise, expectations – all of this can quickly leave our minds feeling restless.

In this course, we’ll learn simple meditations and explore timeless Buddhist wisdom that can help us find peace and calm amid the chaos. You’ll discover practical methods for working with stress and difficult emotions, creating more inner space and stillness. Rather than simply coping with the demands of a busy life, we can learn to transform them into opportunities to develop greater inner strength, confidence, and clarity.

This series is inspired by the book How to Transform Your Life by Buddhist master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
