Kursbeschreibung

Why We Struggle — and How You’ll Learn to Meditate

We come to it with good intentions, yet quickly run into familiar challenges: the mind wanders, we get distracted, or we’re unsure if we’re doing it right. This course is designed to help you understand why — and how to move beyond it.

The beauty of meditation is this — it is the main cause of inner peace. When our mind is peaceful, we are naturally free from worry and mental discomfort, and we experience a deeper, more stable kind of happiness.

Through guided meditations and clear, practical instruction, you’ll learn how meditation actually works, how to overcome common obstacles, and how to develop a practice that fits into your daily life. Rather than trying to force the mind to be quiet, you’ll learn to work with it — patiently and skillfully.

As we develop inner stillness, we begin to let go of the habits, cravings, and emotional patterns that hold us back. Mindfulness and concentration bring us back behind the steering wheel of our life, giving us more space, clarity, and choice in how we respond to the world.

“If we practise patiently (…), gradually our distracting thoughts will subside and we will experience a sense of inner peace and relaxation. Our mind will feel lucid and spacious (…).” ‘New Meditation Handbook’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

Over the course of five sessions, you will build confidence in meditation and begin to establish a simple, sustainable daily habit — one that supports greater calm, clarity, and genuine personal growth.

New to meditation, or already practicing and open to unlearning a thing or two — this is for you.

This meditation series is based on the books ‘New Meditation Handbook’ and ‘How to Transform Your Life’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

Everyone is welcome.
