Meditations on patience – the best method for solving problems

This drop-in class is open to everyone and includes guided meditation, a brief teaching on the topic and inspiring chanted prayers. Discover how we can achieve a peaceful world by establishing peace within our own mind and learning to cherish others. This uplifting class is a way to make a positive contribution to our world.

Starting Nov 6, we are looking into various techniques on how to deal with our own and others’ anger, and improve our patience. These were originally taught by Buddha but are as relevant now as they were then. Text reference: Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, How to solve our human problems
