Kadampa Meditation Center Berlin (KMC Berlin) offering weekly meditations and lectures to date as an online transfer to. Our courses explain the practical basics and functions of Buddhist meditation and how we can incorporate them into our modern life. Each course includes an introduction to a meditation or a Buddhist theme with guided meditations.

The Kadampa Meditation Center Berlin again offers some meditations and events for a limited number of people on site in our meditation room. Participation is only possible with prior registration. Alternatively, you can of course continue to participate in our events via online broadcast. Im calendar you can sign up for the events “ON SITE” or “ONLINE” Sign in. You can click HERE you will find information on the hygiene measures on site. From now on our shop is also open from Mo – Fr, respectively 16 – 18 Open again.

The meditations & lectures are open to all, they are designed to increase our well-being in everyday life, while also providing an authentic introduction to the spiritual path.

The benefits of meditation

Meditation makes our mind peaceful, and it makes our daily lives easier – it allows us to familiarise ourselves with positive and relaxed mental states. Through meditation we can improve our mental and physical health and every other aspect of our daily lives.
At KMC you learn …:

  • practical Buddhist advice in dealing with stress and restlessness
  • how to use meditation in everyday life and benefit from it
  • how you can build a daily meditation practice
