Explanations and meditations in connection with Vajrasattva practice

Bad habits bring mental pain and suffering, and also affect the people around us. With Buddha's teachings we can begin to understand, why compulsive behavior arises and above all how we can let it go. You are cordially invited to this course!

The course is taught by Gen Ananda and is based on the instructions of the Lamrim in the book Joyful Way by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. After introductory meditation and explanations, we practice the Vajrasattva Sadhana together, which is a powerful practice, to promote inner change. Kelsang Gyudzhin will repeat the lessons on Friday mornings.

Our general program hours include Dharma teachings with guided meditation. The hours are well suited for both beginners and advanced meditators.
