Fulfill our desires with meditation

Everyone, whether religious or non-religious, seeks happiness all the time and wants to be permanently free from problems and suffering. We can fulfill these wishes, by understanding and applying the instructions on meditation.

08.01. Where can I find happiness? - Direct the search inward with meditation
15.01. Finding within the mind - meditation for inner freedom
22.01. Let others participate - deepen peaceful thoughts in meditation
29.01. Step by step - keep meditation in everyday life

We can only succeed in fulfilling our wishes, by examining the attitudes and conditions within our mind. We will see, that we are only in calm peaceful thoughts - in inner peace, find happiness. When this has become our own understanding, then it will be easy for us, to familiarize our minds with thoughts and attitudes, who have the power to develop and maintain inner peace. The real practice of meditation can begin. Learn to develop inner peace through meditation and to maintain it in everyday life.
