Never in history has there been so much freedom and abundance, as much variety and choice as there is today. Things, the previous generations were unimaginable or unreachable, are a matter of course for us. How can it be then, that today we have - felt or actually - more problems, not less? Buddhism's simple answer is: Because we've lost our way, our inner orientation. This series shows, how we find our inner way (new) can find.

Each session consists of two parts: In the first half you will receive practical instructions from the Buddhist tradition and in the second half we will implement them in a joint meditation.
The lecture- and meditation evenings are led by Gen Ananda and repeated on Friday mornings by Kelsang Gyudzhin. They are based on Geshe Kelsang Gyatso's instructions in the book Introduction to Buddhism.

Our general program hours include Dharma teachings with guided meditation. The lessons are suitable for both beginners and advanced meditators. Although designed as a series, can be taken separately hours. There are no special knowledge needed. Everyone is welcome to participate! Gen Kelsang Ananda is a German Buddhist monk and longtime student of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. since 2003 he is a teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Center Berlin and the national spiritual director of the New Kadampa Tradition for Germany, Romania and Slovenia. Gen Ananda has many years of experience in, to teach Buddha's teachings of Sutra and Tantra, and studies and exercises itself for over twenty years. He is known for his good heart, his deep, practical understanding and its accessibility known.
