Gen-la Kunsang is the teacher of this year's German Festival. She is a former assistant director of the New Kadampa Tradition and is known for her dedication and the power of her teachings.
About the festival
The German Festival is a special event, which was launched by the Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and is organized every year by the NKT-IKBU in Germany. It is suitable for everyone - for people, to whom Kadampa Buddhism is new, as well as for those, bring the experience.
The festival combines empowerment and teaching with meditation according to the presentation of modern Kadampa Buddhism. You will receive many fresh spiritual impulses, will help you, to transform your life into a living spiritual path after the festival.

Gen-la Kunsang is the national spiritual director of Italy, Austria and Switzerland and the teacher of this year's German Festival.
She has been for more than 25 A close student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for years. During this time she traveled around the world, to teach meditation and explain Buddha's teachings. She has won the admiration and affection of many students through her loving kindness and exceptionally pure example of a modern day Kadampa practitioner. Your teachings are powerful and clear. She is also the center teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Center Edinburgh.
The meditations are led by Gen Kelsang Ananda.
